T-Mobile’s Hometown Grant Program

Grants up to $50,000 to support projects to build, rebuild, or refresh community spaces that help foster local connections. Examples of eligible projects include, but are not limited to, adaptive uses for older and historic buildings into community gathering spaces, improvements to outdoor parks or trails, and technology projects for the public library.
NOAA: $100 million in funding is available for transformational habitat restoration and coastal resilience projects under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Greater Arizona Development Authority GADA Program: Accepting Applications for Technical Assistance
Applications Due: March 15, 2025
GADA assists Arizona communities with the development of public infrastructure projects that enhance community and economic development. Technical assistance supports capital projects by helping applicants estimate project costs and timelines. GADA will finance up to $100,000 of eligible expenses through a no-interest loan that can be repaid using GADA financial assistance in a future application round.
California Strategic Growth Council adopts updated Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program Guidelines
The updated guidelines come in anticipation of a $775 million Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) from CA Department of Housing and Community Development for projects that advance affordable housing and GHG reduction. Look for the NOFA in late March. Learn More
