The REALTORS^® Home & Garden Show, presented by Unilock, is scheduled for March 21-30, 2025, at Wisconsin State Fair Park. Providing your client base with a free ticket will allow you a valuable opportunity to maintain that important personal connection. 

How VIP Tickets Work:

1. Tickets are $28 per pack of 100.
2. Select an option to either pick up your tickets at the GMAR office or have them mailed to you (for a fee).
3. Customize your VIP tickets with up to 4 lines of personalized information. (Please note rack cards are not available this year.)
4. You may pay with check or MasterCard/Visa (credit card service charge applies).
5. A list of names, addresses, emails and phone numbers of those using your tickets will be emailed to you approximately 4 weeks following completion of the show.
6. You will only be charged for VIP tickets that are redeemed. You will be invoiced $5 for each ticket used, up to a maximum of 25% of the total number of tickets ordered.

Orders placed by the end of the day each Wednesday will be mailed or available for pick-up the following Thursday. We will continue to submit orders to the printing company each Wednesday through February 19^th.

At our upcoming WomenStrong event (June 25^th), we want to celebrate the strength, resilience, and determination of women who have overcome challenges in their lives. We're calling for submissions from women who have faced obstacles—whether personal, professional, or otherwise—and emerged stronger because of them.

If you have a story of overcoming adversity, whether it was a setback, a life-changing moment, or a long-term challenge that you triumphed over, we want to hear from you! Your experience could be the inspiration someone else needs to keep going.

How to Submit:

• Reflect on a significant challenge or hardship you’ve faced.
• Share the journey you took to overcome it.
• Tell us how it shaped who you are today.

Deadline for Submissions: March 14

Selected storytellers will have the opportunity to join our WomenStrong panel, where they’ll share their experiences with a supportive community of women.

Here is an opportunity for you to order hanging baskets and/or flower pots (at a great price!). Hanging baskets are $45 and the planters are $50.

Black’s Nursery in Hartford will be providing our baskets and pots again. With over 40 years of experience, they offer quality plants that you will enjoy the entire season.

Sun or shade 12” hanging baskets and 14” planters are available. They come in a variety of color combinations and include new varieties, proven winners and traditional plants. These planters are high quality and will not disappoint.

Join us for an Olympic-style event on March 13th from 10:30am to 4:00pm at 1st & Bowl in Wauwatosa!

It will consist of:

1. Pickleball

2. Football bowling 

3. Cornhole

4. Basketball connect 4

5. Golf - Long drive and closest to the pin (add together distances for both team members to get a team score and rank them amongst all the teams)

6. Wiffleball - One team member throws 10 pitches to the team member and we tally up how many they are able to hit to the back wall on the ground (1 point) or in the air (2 points) and then rank the teams by total points

Teams will rotate through the stations

We will need 8-12 teams of 6.



Cost will be $350/team (includes pizza and 6 drinks)
