Over $1 Million in Grants to Start Building New Apprenticeship Pathway

Indiana’s workforce is getting a boost with over $1 million in new grants to develop apprenticeship pathways for high school students. Funded by the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation, these grants will support the formation of industry talent associations in healthcare, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing to align training with employer needs.
