Closing Chatham elevator bids

-Corn, soybean, and wheat futures traded higher today, and spreads firmer for corn and beans.

-A turnaround in the market as many hope tariffs will get resolved and not hit the ag sector as bad as originally thought.

-Trump said he is putting a pause on tariffs for Mexican goods until April 2nd, also seems to be an exemption for auto markers on the 25% tariff on Canada.

-Many expecting more exemptions will be announced, and many thinking/reporting that if that is the case, what is the point of all of this in the first place!

-US weekly export sales data was in line with trade expectations for corn, soybeans, and wheat. Corn at 35.79 million bushels, soybeans 12.97, and wheat 12.45.

-US Stock markets giving back yesterday's gains today.

Have a good night.
