ELECTION DAY WORSHIP

SERVICE & DINNER

On November 5, in partnership with the Wesley Foundation, we will co-host an Election Day Chapel service at 6 p.m., followed by a dinner.

In these divided times, we believe it is essential to come together to pray for our country and world. Christ compels us to unify our individual and collective lives around Love, Justice, and Peace.

The annual meeting of Central United Methodist Church will be held on November 10, 6 p.m. We will gather with other churches in our district at FUMC Albuquerque. Our District Superintendent, The Reverend Ross Whiteaker, will convene our annual meeting. All are welcome.

Central United Methodist Church has a budget, our ’ministry plan’. Accumulating resources out of God’s abundance enables us to stretch ourselves to God’s vision for our church while being realistic about the cost of running our ministries year-to-year.

We are deeply grateful for your contributions, which comprise most of our annual budget. Building use, leases, and grants make up the rest. Thanks be to God, we also have a fantastic facility where parking partners, Pathways Academy, and the YMCA lease space five days a week; this partnership contributes about 20% of our budget.
