Maidenhead Big Read


Maidenhead Library will again be hosting this year's Maidenhead Big Read on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th March. This year's theme is 'Wings'.

The events include author meet ups, quizzes, and challenges as well as storytelling events for families aimed to encourage a love of reading.

All events are free, no booking required.

Community Garden at Windsor Library


Library volunteers are transforming an external corner of Windsor Library into a garden for all to enjoy and learn in. Help us grow this garden. If you or your friends have spare flower/ vegetable seeds or plants, a watering can, compost, large to medium sized pots you no longer use, we will gladly adopt them.

Drop-in Lego Clubs


Thanks to the generous donations from Legoland Windsor, we have been able to build up our Lego clubs to more of our libraries. All clubs are free to attend and are suitable for children aged 4-10 years. What could you make?

Crafty Crochet Club at Maidenhead Library

Everyone is welcome to our monthly crochet club, whether you are a beginner or an expert, just bring some yarn and a crochet hook with you and join in the fun.
