Kudos to the Community Engagement Youth Ambassadors for partnering with schools, businesses, and community organizations to collect warm clothing for this year's Warm and Fuzzy Drive. The donations are in, and they were passed to the 15-member Hands4Hope Winter Boutique Committee, who have been working since October to plan and prepare for the distribution events to take place in the first two weekends of December.
Volunteers are needed for these distribution events, where those in need will come to the Winter Boutique facility in El Dorado Hills Town Center to select the clothing and blankets they need for the season. Youth in 7th grade and up, as well as adults, are needed for many shifts on December 6, 7, 8, 13, and 14; as well as our clean up day on December 15.
