⚠️ Potential Temporary Account Suspension⚠️

Dear Community Providers,

We have identified common data errors in HMIS that impact mandated reporting and data integrity. To maintain data integrity, repeated data entry errors may result in a temporary HMIS account suspension until staff complete additional data quality training. Once training is completed, the account will be reactivated, allowing the opportunity to correct existing errors. If issues persist, further suspensions or deactivation may follow.

📌 Common Data Errors

  • Head of Household (HOH) Errors
  • Overlapping Enrollments Within the Same Program
  • Overlapping Enrollments Across Different Programs
  • Disabling Condition Errors
  • Income Reporting Issues
