The Baltimore-Washington Conference is hiring.
Vitality Specialists – clergy or lay people – will support the ministry of conference superintendents in missional strategy and support conference development of resources for local church vitality.
This person will work collaboratively to increase the church’s relevance and support the creation and growth of strategic ministries. Candidates should be compassionate, self-differentiated and self-starting team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The salary range is $80K-$90K.

The Manager of Learning Management System (LMS) is a contract position. This person will work remotely, an average of 30 hours per week with Discipleship Ministries.
The grant-funded Manager of the Learning Management System will oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of the conference’s LMS platform (Tovuti). This individual will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience for learners, instructors, and administrators while supporting the overall training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in e-learning. This is a 6-month contractual position that could lead to a longer contract pending grant approval. The salary range is $30K-$50K.
