Side 1: What's New

Accounts


  • When creating a question for an activity or membership, there is now a way to add a new category on the questions page.
  • Added a q mark next to Activity Quantity Min/Max to explain how it is intended to work: This is the total amount of minimum participants required, not necessarily guests. Guests are not required.
  • When adding a Member/Required Document to a member's account on the public side, it now gives you the option to View/Download the Document before uploading the completed version.
  • In the mobile view of the system, we fixed the cancellation pop-up visible so customers can request to cancel items.
  • We have fixed the display on mobile view when adding a new member.
  • If a public display name is entered when creating a reservation and the reservation balance is not paid, the Print/View Statement on the management side now shows the reservation name, not the public display name.
  • We fixed an error where you couldn't refund an account credit on an account because there wasn't a billing contact.


Activities


  • If the client chooses an age range to end at __ years 11 months, the 11 months now shows in all of the places that display age.
  • We have added the ability to create an Additional Member adjustment as a fee in Advanced Programs/Activities.
  • The setting label has been updated to 'Enforce Age and Grade as of This Date' when you choose the participant on the registration page. The ages of the participants reflects their age on the start date of the program, not their current age. Grade already does this.
  • In the mobile view of the public side, the Digital Sign In Sheet pop up has been fixed.


Facilities


  • We fixed the error page that resulted on a facility area when clicking "Import Rental Info from Parent Facility" from a parent facility with null restriction type. This was found to be due to the parent facility or area having set blocks with the other having a fee matrix, so the rental restrictions were incompatible.
  • We fixed an error when a request has been turned in to a reservation - the Held Dates are now removed from the mobile/list view of the calendar.


Reports


  • We fixed an error where you weren't able to update the status of a missing disclaimer when initially chosen to print.
  • We fixed the Pending Accounts Report so that the Last Notified column shows when not using the Residency Document requirement.


Memberships


  • We corrected the image ratio on the digital membership card upload so membership cards will print correctly.
  • You can order your Membership Cards here.


Point of Sale


  • On the POS Refund Invoice screen, the Search field is now labeled "Search by Invoice#". Just above the Search box, the text was also changed to 'Invoice #'.
  • We fixed an error message that appears when you try to adjust an accountless invoice up.


Emails & Text Blasts


  • NOT A MYREC.COM UPDATE: We have discovered that Yahoo Mail is using AI to summarize your customers emails (and may do so incorrectly). This setting is "on" by default, but they can opt out, or turn off this feature.

Misc


  • Clients can see questions and answers before approving or declining a pre-registration form.
  • Google Translate Widget Update - The Google translate extension is no longer being supported by Google. We will be removing it from the bottom of the public side very soon, and we have created a guide in the Knowledge Base with many alternatives.
  • Access for All: Accessibility Webinar - We covered web accessibility practices, ADA and WCAG compliance, and provided practical tips you can implement to ensure a user-friendly public site.
  • We added a date range to the Change Request Updates page to limit the amount of change requests a department sees at one time. The default is 3 years.
  • We grayed out the Department Name field so that it can only be updated by MyRec.com support.
