As departments begin summer camp registration, we anticipate that your processing volume will increase. If you expect a higher-than-usual amount of credit card sales, please reach out to Client Services at support@myrec.com for assistance with updating your processor. This will help reduce the risk of payment holds for exceeding your originally approved monthly credit card volume.

Accounts


  • It's TAX TIME! We have a tax deductible items video on how you can help your customers find the info in their accounts for summer camp and childcare. We also include the set up instructions in the activity creation articles (you must check the tax deductible box on the activity).


Memberships



Facilities


  • We fixed an issue where held dates were not showing when viewing the mobile view of the calendar (list view) on a mobile device.


Reports


  • We fixed an issue where comments entered by staff were not showing on the Payment Plan Issues report.
  • We fixed an issue where the Category column was not exporting on the Facility Reservation Report.
  • We fixed an issue where the detailed view of the Disbursement by Payment Types report only displays refunds on the line where the refund belongs.
  • We fixed an issue on the Zeamster report, so when a declined transaction shows, the transaction amount is now $0.


Point of Sale


  • We fixed an issue in POS with account refunds that were not returning taxes accurately and were not leaving a balance owed.


Email and Text Blasts


  • When using Constant Contact through the MyRec.com email blast feature, the Constant Contact user setting permission needs to be Account Manager (in your Constant Contact account).
  • We fixed an error when sending an email blast to a specific teams coaches and instructors.


Misc

  • Google Translate Widget Update - The Google translate extension is no longer being supported by Google. We will be removing it from the bottom of the public side very soon, and we have created a guide in the Knowledge Base with many alternatives.
  • Access for All: Accessibility Webinar - We covered web accessibility practices, ADA and WCAG compliance, and provided practical tips you can implement to ensure a user-friendly public site.
