Dear Community Partner,

Due to wet weather forecasts, SFHOT is activating a wet weather protocol Wednesday, 2/12 through Thursday, 2/13. 

SFHOT will increase wellness checks, provide clients with weather and shelter information, and distribute appropriate supplies.
