Chronic diseases, like heart disease and cancer, cause over 40% of deaths in Wisconsin each year. Many adults (34%) are obese, which raises the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart problems. Health issues are also higher among African American and Native American groups, who face more cases of heart disease, diabetes, and infant deaths.

At Pillar Health and KCHC, we offer services like primary care, mental health support, and disease management to help reduce these problems and improve the health of everyone in our community.
