The Reunification Discernment Committee needs YOU, the parishes of our dioceses, to engage in discernment, to talk with one another and to us too. Your experiences and thoughts are essential to informing and helping us guide this process. This "Reflecting on Reunification Parish Engagement Packet" contains all you need to participate.We invite you to talk about the challenges you’re facing as a congregation, the impact your parish has on lives and in your community, ideas for how a reunified diocese could strengthen your ministries and callings, what you feel you need to know to make an informed decision on reunification, and whatever else you’d like to share with us at this point in the discernment process. Lay Preaching Retreat

Enjoy the peace and quiet of Waycross as you hone your craft among other lay preachers. Bring along an upcoming set of lectionary readings for a sermon you’d like to work on.


Amid generous unstructured time to read, relax, research, and write, we’ll gather as a group to reverse-engineer sermons we admire and generate ideas for one another’s work. At the end of the retreat, you’ll have the option to deliver a 3-5 minute version of your sermon for feedback. This event is hosted by the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis.

Sacred Ground Series Returns

Sacred Ground is an 11-week online video and reading series designed for people that are looking to deepen their Baptismal Covenant. Participants are invited to peel away the layers that have contributed to the challenges and divides of the present day. All are welcome. This event is hosted by the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis.

2025 Forma Conference

Date: January 27-31, 2025

Forma is a ministry of lifelong learning that celebrates, equips, supports, and connects leaders who form followers of Jesus. The theme for 2025’s Forma Conference is Come Away Together comes from Mark 6:31-32: “Come away to a deserted place all by yourselves and rest a while." Plenaries will explore themes of rest, retreat, and Sabbath.
