to allow drivers and staff to safely make the trip to Sand Hollow.

Please adjust your schedule based on the revised move in schedule posted below.

If you arrive early we will have to have you park in a temporary off-site location and move in during your allotted time. We appreciate your understanding as we try to accommodate the safety of the drivers coming from Pomona. Safe travels and we look forward to having you join us for the 2024 Trail Hero and Trail Hero Music Festival.

You HAVE to check in at Registration to pick up your passes, tickets, etc.

If you arrive outside of registration hours please use teh following FREE park access link so your staff can gain access to the park and meet up with Jeff Miller for Vendor Move in.

WE KNOW YOU WANT TO LEAVE EARLY BUT...

Parking will be tight so leaving early is not going to be an easy option. This is for the safety of our Music Fest attendees. Last year a trailer and pedestrian were almost struck by a vendor trying to leave the lot early on Saturday Night. There will be a penalty of $500 to vendors that leave early, payable to a Charity of our choice.

CHARITY RAFFLE TIME

DONATIONS FOR THE CHARITY RAFFLE

Charity Raffle Tickets - are purchased from the non-profit vendor booth where they advise the buyers to walk around and decide which vendor booth has the item they would like to win and drop their raffle ticket in their bucket.

Charity Raffle Gift - Pick an item for your raffle gift that will create a buzz and draw in the most people. Display this item and have a fun drop box for the raffle tickets. Example: BFG uses a tire with plexy glass.

Coolest Raffle Ticket Drop Contest - The vendor booth with the coolest bucket, voted on by world renowned professional skier Glenn Plake. Hint hint: He loves flashy bright colors and crazy designs. Winner will receive a free $300 vendor booth the following year. The winner will be messaged by Rich Klein, personally.

Raffle Winners will be announced on Saturday, October 7th at 6:00pm on the Monster Sample Stage.
