Researching The Use Biomarkers for Managing Barrett’s Esophagus by the ENDEAVOR Consortium

The ENDEAVOR Consortium has launched a new funded project focusing on biomarkers to improve clinical decisions for Barrett’s esophagus (BE). The project addresses challenges in predicting BE progression, aiming to reduce over- and under-treatment. Using minimally invasive cell collection and genomic analysis, the team seeks to develop an accurate risk stratification method. This innovation could lower healthcare costs, enhance quality of life, and improve care satisfaction. Watch the video above and visit the ENDEAVOR Consortium website to learn more.

INoEA (International Network on Esophageal Atresia) is the international organization for all professionals working in the field of esophageal atresia. INoEA meetings have had a great impact in understanding the disease process, promoting scientific knowledge and collaboration, and thus, improving patient care.

The next meeting will be a joint meeting with Pediatric Adolescent Adult Foregut Interdisciplinary Society (PAAFIS) and Aerodigestive Society which will be held in Istanbul, Türkiye between April 30th and May 3rd, 2025.

We are working for a prestigious international conference which will host a great number of distinguished experts in the fields of pediatric surgery, gastroenterology, neonatology, pulmonology, otolaryngology, basic sciences, nutrition, and occupational and speech therapy. As a member of The Federation of Esophageal Atresia and Tracheo-esophageal Fistula (EAT), Turkish Esophageal Atresia Child and Family Support Organization (TROAD) will share their knowledge and experience and help to promote awareness of the condition across the world from the patients’ perspective. Delegates will witness and engage in state of art lectures, symposia and workshops for four days.

We warmly invite you to this joint meeting to take another step towards the better care for our patients.
