Annual Catholic Appeal
Together We Bring Hope | February 16
Thank You for Your Support! We’re excited to kick off this year’s Annual Catholic Appeal on February 16, with in-pew donations on February 23 and opportunities to give throughout the year. In this Jubilee Year of Hope, our theme is "Together We Bring Hope."
A portion of donations above our parish goal is returned to us for special parish projects—thanks to past generosity, we've upgraded sound systems, security cameras and installed narthex screens. This year, we’re tackling restroom upgrades at both churches with proceeds from last year’s campaign!
Stay tuned for more details, and thank you for bringing hope to our parish and beyond!

Gospel in Focus
February 9, 2025 Simon, James, and John become Jesus’ disciples afterJesus performs a miracle. “When they brought their boats to the shore, they left everything and followed him.” Luke 5:11
Discussion Questions
Has God ever done something unexpected in your life? What happened?
How might Jesus be calling you to follow Him? What might you need to “leave behind” to follow Jesus?
What do you think it feels like to leave “everything”? Try going for a walk this week without bringing anything. What do you notice?

QUEEN OF THE ROSARY SCHOOL REPORT |
Keep shining, keep soaring and keep making us proud! Huge shoutout to 8th Grader, Lindsay M., who received the Ad Altare Dei Award—a prestigious honor encouraging Catholic Scouts to deepen their faith through the seven Sacraments—at Holy Name Cathedral on Jan. 26. And big cheers for Maura B. and Jadyn S. (Class of 2024), who danced their way to IHSA State with the St. Viator varsity dance team in Bloomington, IL!
Fr. Dan and Fr. Paul are also real MVPs—Most Valuable Priests! Whether they’re popping into classrooms to say hello, bringing their energy (we see you, Fr. Paul!) to Cougar of the Month assemblies or leading us in faith-filled traditions like the Epiphany chalk blessing and the Feast of St. Blaise throat blessing, their presence is a true gift to our school community. We’re beyond blessed to have their support, prayers and enthusiasm every step of the way!
