The U.S. Department of Education recently announced that the 2025-26 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) will be set to launch for December 1, 2024. Read more on the U.S. Department of Education website. 

WestEd, in collaboration with the Fresno County Superintendent of

Schools and the California State University, is recruiting high schools in

California to participate in a grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education in 2025-26.

Through the grant, high schools will implement the Expository Reading and Writing Curriculum (ERWC) in grades 9 and 10, and WestEd will evaluate the impact on student achievement. If you're interested, review the flyer and their website for more information. The priority deadline is November 15.
