Jenna Scott, Business Development Officer 

Jenna Scott has a knack for bringing people together and turning connections into opportunities. With a strong background in business development, leadership, and marketing, she’s all about building meaningful partnerships and finding creative solutions to help businesses thrive.

As the Business Development Officer, Jenna will help businesses navigate everything from site selection to incentives, working closely with local and state agencies. Her goal is to spark economic growth, empower businesses to succeed, and make a lasting impact on the Kansas City community she’s proud to call home.

Megan Kloepper, Business Development Coordinator 

Megan Kloepper is a seasoned professional with over nine years of leadership and administrative experience from her service as a U.S. Army Staff Sergeant. Now transitioning to civilian life, she plans to leverage her HR, compliance, and communication skills in her new role. In the Business Development Coordinator position she will bring her organizational expertise and collaborative spirit to drive efficiency and strengthen the agency’s mission
