The very important POTLUCK is happening next Wednesday, September 18, 5:30-7:30 pm

at the Rocklin Event Center

2650 Sunset Blvd. Rocklin, CA, in the Garden Room

• Park in the Back
• Pick up your Artist Packet including Bidcrest Sign-in Poster
• Meet your fellow artists, schools and galleries
• Bring a finger food or appetizer to share
• You may drop off your Grab Bag donations at the Potluck. Questions about the Grab Bags? Contact Trisa.

Pick up Signage - help us to project our brand:

** Existing locations--bring your old signs to have up to 3 large signs replaced.

** New locations will receive 5 signs.

** We have a number of new 9 x 24" signs which may be helpful to locations who feel they need more signs

If you cannot attend, please make arrangements to have someone pick your materials up for you.
