Best Practices for Resident Applications and Recertifications, Webinar │ February 25, 2025

Filling vacancies is always a priority, not just to guarantee cash flow, but to ensure the community remains in compliance with the requirements of the affordable programs. The process can be time consuming and cumbersome, especially when trying to juggle the day-to-day responsibilities of property management.

The goal of this webinar is to provide tips to help speed up the Initial and Annual Certification process. Organization is the key. By decreasing the number of appointments and contacts needed, collecting all applicable documentation upfront and in a timely manner, and ensuring the certifications are complete and accurate, all certifications can be completed prior to the required due date.
