Side 1: What's New

Activities & Registration

  • The transfer process was updated to include the activity registration screen after an item to be transferred from is selected. This allows the user to select the transfer to item from the same page.

Accounts

  • We created a fix for correctly updating credit card information without logging the management side user out.
  • We hid the Return to Site link on the public side calendar. Since the calendar is a public side calendar, there is no site to return to.

Facilities & Reservations

  • When making changes to a reservation, both the username and time/date stamp next to Modified will now update accordingly.

Emails

  • A fix was issued for the ability to send an email by products purchased.

Reports

  • We fixed the Advanced Activity Schedule report so that the sort feature and exports work properly.
  • For Fortis customers only: These five reports, (income summary, budget group income summary, disbursement income, fees absorbed by dept, fees passed to the customer) have line items on the summary pages and terminal location information on interior pages for credit card terminal transactions.
  • A fix was issued for mislabeled filters on the POS Ticket Report.
  • We corrected page breaks on the Advanced Activity Schedule Report.
  • We added a q mark to the Facility Maintenance Report print pop-up that explains that individual print settings may need to be adjusted.

POS

  • We removed the gold message bar from the Products page when making a Product taxable.

Misc

  • The settings for the social media icons now respect order numbers, if entered.

Highlights - Simplifying Recreation Payments

  • The official launch of our EMV integration for MyRec.com users is here! For departments handling in-person transactions, our new EMV terminals offer a secure and efficient payment solution. (Wireless Device / Connect via Wifi / EMV Chip Reader / NFC Contactless (Tap Card, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay)
  • Click Here to submit the merchant consultation request form. Our Merchant Services Specialist will reach out to schedule an official consultation upon your submission to determine your EMV integration eligibility.

  • The membership card order form has been updated to include a handy quote calculator, so you can tweak your order to suit your budget.
  • Shipping quotes will be sent after order submission. Our form is good, but not “access to UPS shipping prices” good, unfortunately. 
  • Our experienced Design Specialist will work with you to create a card design that reflects exactly what you need, in the most delightful way.
