Attention CAS Assessors,

This is a reminder that all participants enrolled in the CAS: Coordinated Access System Program - CE program under the Sacramento CoC Coordinated Access System (CAS) agency must have a Current Living Situation (CLS) assessment completed every 30 days within that program enrollment.

This is a critical requirement to ensure the program enrollment remains active and participants remain eligible for potential CAS housing referrals.

If you are unsure how to complete a CLS assessment, please visit our Job Aids webpage to review the Current Living Situation (CLS) Assessment Job Aid. The guide provides step-by-step instructions to assist you in accurately completing the assessment.

Please ensure that the CLS assessments are conducted and recorded in a timely manner to avoid any disruptions in program enrollment. Should you have any questions or require assistance regarding this process, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your continued dedication and cooperation.
