Altar Arrangements & Sanctuary Light Sign Up

For Sunday, December 29:



  • The Arrangements at the Altar are given to the Glory of God and in thanksgiving for her sister Gretchen Maclachlan and brother-in-law Bruce Maclachlan for their support and love, by Sally McClintock.
  • The Sanctuary Light is given to the Glory of God in memory her grandmother, Bernice Pedersen, on her birthday, by Katie Pedersen.

The Epiphany Pageant

1/5/25—The Annual Epiphany Pageant will take place on Sunday, January 5 during the 10:00 a.m. service.


Children, youth, and adults are invited to participate in the retelling of our Feast Day! Rehearsal will be January 5 at 8:30 a.m. Contact Taylor Irwin with any questions.

The Feast of the Epiphany will be celebrated on Sunday, January 5 at 10:00 a.m. Following the service will be our Feast Day Feast: A Tex-Mex potluck lunch in the parish hall.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

January DEAM Pantry Drive

Epiphany stocks the pantry at the Decatur-area Emergency Assistance Ministry (DEAM) twice a year in January and June.


For the month of January, we are collecting: grape and strawberry jelly, canned fruit, protein bars, and peanut butter cracker packs. Wooden bins for your donations are in the gallery inside the front door.

Annual Parish Meeting

No formation programs will take place at this time

1/26—All members of the parish are encouraged to join us in the parish hall at 11:30 a.m. for this important meeting in the life of our church. The Rev. Amy Dills-Wright and members of the Vestry will report on the state of the parish in 2024 and look ahead to what’s planned for 2025. We will also elect new vestry members and thank those who are retiring.
