December 29th 9:00am - Fox Valley United Methodist combined worship at Batavia UMC. Join folks from Aurora Wesley, Baker Memorial, Batavia and Geneva for shared worship to celebrate the Christmas Season with Pastor Rob Hamilton, who will preach the sermon ‘Jesus' Early Years: Temple Dedication,’ reflecting on the moment when Jesus was presented in the temple and marking the beginning of His redemptive mission. Just as the Holy Spirit claimed Jesus, the Spirit claims us for God’s redemptive mission in the world, guiding our purpose today.

Please join Missions & Church in Society Committees at Feed My Starving Children at 555 Exchange Court, Aurora, IL 60504 on Saturday, January 4, 2025 11:30 am-1:15 pm. This event is for Children of God ages 5 years old and up. It is a fun family activity!

Warm and cozy….would you like to be wrapped in a comforting prayer shawl? Do you have a friend that may need a bit of comfort? Prayer Shawls are available in the bureau in the church library. All we ask is that you sign the name of the person receiving the prayer shawL; just find the corresponding photo of your chosen shawl and add the name.

On Sundays from January 19 to March 2, come for a multimedia opportunity in which songs, videos, prayer and discussion will take us this time into St. Luke’s gospel. Current and occasional participants are excited to welcome newcomers to this lively venue.
