Donate now to support the PTSA Academic Fund

The PTSA Direct Appeal Campaign is underway! Your donations are needed and will make an immediate difference in our students’ classrooms — this school year!

Please consider donating so the PTSA can continue to support academic grants to our teachers and staff. Our goal is to raise $75,000, all of which will support academic programming during the 2024–25 school year. Your donations are tax-deductible.

We can do it, but only with your help! Thank you!!

Drink coffee, support performing arts students!

It's a win-win!

Ballard Performing Arts is once again partnering with Caffe Appassionato for online coffee sales in support of BPA students.

Choose from among four of Caffe Appassionato's locally hand-roasted blends, sold in 12-oz. bags (whole bean or ground) for $14. For each bag purchased under a student's name, that student earns $6 to use toward BPA programs and trips.

Order online through Nov. 20, and pick up your order at winter performing arts concerts.

Thank you for your support!

Free of Cost Screening To Our Students

On January 8, 2025 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Ballard HS is able to host an EKG Youth Heart Screening Event that is free of cost to provide screenings for our students in our Gymnasium. As many of you know, this past summer we tragically lost a student from our school community due to a heart arrhythmia event. In honor of her memory, her friends and the Ballard HS administration sought out an organization called the Nick of Time Foundation

Nick of Time Foundation needs a few parent volunteers to help with student check in and other admin tasks for this very important event! Please review the available slots below and click here to sign up. Volunteers must be registered by early December. Thank you!

NOTE: If you're not an approved, background-checked SPS volunteer, please complete your volunteer approval HERE
