GeorgiaFIRST Financials will be unavailable from 11:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2024 until 9 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024 for the application of Release 6.00.
The following applications will not be available during this scheduled maintenance window:

RELEASE NOTES:
Updates to PeopleSoft Financials include the following updates:
- Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.61.
- Minor update to the TIGA Salary and Travel process.
- Table changes that may affect third-party integrations.

Known Issue
Following Release 6.00, an Oracle bug affects the Type Ahead/Autocomplete functionality for search fields containing a comma. When utilizing a search field containing a comma, PeopleSoft will display :::: characters instead of the comma. If users select the search result, an error message may display, or the search result may return a "No matching values were found" message.
FUNCTIONAL WORKAROUNDS:
- Select the value and manually replace the :::: with a comma.
- Search by using the Look Up icon(Magnifying glass) to search for the field.
- Disable the Type Ahead/Autocomplete functionality for a specific field, entire page or all pages by using the following navigations.

NEXT SCHEDULED RELEASE: PeopleSoft Financials Release 6.02 is currently scheduled for January 10, 2025. This will include 1099 updates. Additional communications will be sent once the release schedule has been finalized.
