LGBTQ+ Food Insecurity Survey

The Arizona Food Bank Network is conducting a survey to understand food insecurity amongst the LGBTQ+ community in Arizona. Nationally, LGBTQ+ communities are disproportionately affected by food insecurity. This network is looking to gather information on the challenges this community faces in Arizona to create solutions and enhance food access.

Survey takers will be entered to win a $20 gift card. The survey will be open until Tuesday, December 31, 2024, and findings will be included in a comprehensive report in March 2025.

November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month

Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest forms of cancer and one of the most challenging to prevent, diagnose, and treat. With its risk factors and symptoms being unfamiliar to most, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network works year-round to educate individuals on signs and symptoms to ensure early diagnosis and provide tools and resources to support those on their cancer journey.
