Greetings Rondout Families, Friends and Faculty...
We cordially invite you to our Family Reading Night on Thursday, November 21st, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. This delightful event promises an evening filled with engaging family activities and community connection to kick-off the 100th birthday celebration. Your RSVP is appreciated so we can have enough supplies and refreshments available for our participants.
Additionally, that night we are excited to host our final mini–Farmer's Market, showcasing a selection of limited produce from our garden as we celebrate the last harvest before winter arrives.
As the colder months approach and snow is in next week's, we kindly remind parents to check their child’s winter outerwear to ensure they are adequately prepared for outdoor activities. Students will continue to enjoy daily recess, weather permitting, with a crucial temperature threshold of 0 degrees factoring in the windchill. For snowy days, it is essential that children wear snowpants and boots to stay warm and safe. Please remember to check for mittens, gloves, hats, and boots, especially with snow anticipated next week.
We appreciate your support in ensuring that students are dressed appropriately, allowing them to enjoy safe and engaging outdoor experiences during the winter season.
Take care… Until next time...
