Call for Items & Experiences for Upcoming Wags to Riches Auction

It’s that time of year again! Windham County Humane Society is gearing up for our annual Wags to Riches auction. The auction will be held on Saturday, April 26^th at the Retreat Farm Barn.

Last year’s Wags to Riches was a huge success! Over 250 people participated and over $50,000 was raised to help fund WCHS’s lifesaving programs.

With your help this year will be even better!

Seeking the following items and experiences

Entertainment tickets/experiences
Fine jewelry
New (nearly new) designer bags
Gift cards to local and regional shops and restaurants
Handmade pottery or blown glass
Original items by local arts
Gift baskets
Premium wines
Full tank of oil/propane
Items you sell

Last year some popular items included a cord of firewood, a tour in Italy, hotel stays, dinner at Peter Havens, an all bee related/honey gift basket, gift card to area attractions, handmade pottery, and much more.

All items must be in excellent condition (new), from smoke-free homes, and no clothing, appliances or commercially available houseware.

To donate an item please drop it off at the shelter clearly labeled, for Wags Auction with your name and address attached. If you have question related to an item, you wish to donate please email director@windhamcountyhumane.org.

All items are due by April 1^st.
