In observance of the Veteran's Day holiday, all Coastline campuses will be closed tomorrow, Monday, November 11th. All campuses will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, November 12th.

Military Times ranked Coastline 5th in Online and Nontraditional schooling in 2020, after being similarly ranked in 2019. Many dedicated people have worked to make that continued success happen, but I’d like to highlight two of whom for this blog: Michael Scott and Tom Boscamp."

Student Feature - Finding Community in Coastline Veteran Services with Adam Lozis


Here at Coastline, we are commemorating Veterans Day by highlighting and honoring those within our community who have sacrificed and served. For more than 40 years, Coastline has been dedicated to serving and providing its Military students, families, and veterans with the support they need to succeed as they pursue higher education.


In this interview we'll learn about Veteran and Coastline student, Adam Lozis, and his journey from an aircraft technician in the United States Air Force to now studying Cybersecurity at Coastline.

Showing Solidarity & Support: Transgender Awareness Week


Transgender Awareness Week (Nov. 13th - Nov. 19th) and Transgender Day of Remembrance (Nov. 20th) are opportunities for folks everywhere to celebrate, uplift, and honor the trans community. At Coastline, one small thing we can do to help increase understanding about transgender people and the issues members of the community face is to show your support with a Coastline Transgender Awareness Week Zoom background! UNDOCU-ENTERPRENUERSHIP SERIES: Marketing Plan - Crafting Your First 2-Minute Pitch

During this entrepreneurship series you will get to develop a product, gain exposure of the concept of building a business, learn collaboration skills, pitch in front of an audience, and develop a fictitious business by the end of the program. By the end of the program students will end in a pitch competition where teams will get a chance to win gift cards and will receive a certificate of completion of the program.

CSU Application Assistance

This hands-on workshop is designed for students applying to the California State University (CSU) campuses for Fall 2025. Students will learn how to fill out the CSU Transfer Application from A to Z and/or have their applications reviewed. We will also cover the EOP portion of the CSU application and provide drop-in counseling support as needed. Register to reserve your space and we will print and review your transcripts ahead. Students also can drop in for assistance during the workshop time.

CSU Application Help for Fall 2025 Admission

Completing your AS-T or AA-T degree (60+units) by May 2025? Apply now for transfer to your California State University (CSU) campus for Fall 2025 admission. Attend a live virtual workshop session to get step-by-step instructions to begin the CSU application, what documents are needed, pitfalls to avoid, time allotted for Q&A, and submit your CSU application before the November 30th deadline! Information will be shared on how to start networking with your CSU campus.

Coastline Scholarships are open now and the deadline will be here before you know it! Do you have a story to tell? A community you want to impact? Hopes and dreams for you or your family? Share your story and narrative for a chance to win a scholarship! To allow a bi more time for you to complete your application, the Coastline Scholarship deadline has been extended to January 8th, 2025! Let the Coastline Pantry Help You Save on Groceries!

Spend your money on more than groceries! The Coastline Food Pantry supports students' nutritional needs with both perishable and non-perishable items available free of charge through weekly programming and Food Box pick up. The Coastline Food Pantry does not require an RSVP or reservation. All Coastline students are welcome to utilize the weekly Food Pantry and only need to check in via the Coastline Mobile App. Pick-ups are 11am-1pm on Mondays (Garden Grove Campus), Thursdays (Newport Beach Campus), and the second Tuesday of each month (Westminster-Le Jao Campus). The "Got questions?" for serves as a centralized hub for inquires, providing a convenient and efficient for you to submit questions and receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. Meet Coastline's Dream Resource Program


Coastline College strives to provide equitable access to education for all of our students. In accordance with California law, AB 540 and the California Dream Act, undocumented students have access to resident tuition fees and financial aid.


Coastline's Dream Resource Program provides both in-person and remote assistance to students with undocumented/mixed legal status. Join our hybrid drop-in sessions, participate in our text/phone call check-ins, and attend our workshops and events! We are here to support and help you find the resources that work best for you.
