This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Gondola Resorts, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The sweepstakes begins on [start date] and ends on [end date] at 11:59 PM MST. To enter, leave a google review using the provided link. No limit on entries.

One (1) winner will receive a free 2-day, 3-night vacation at a Gondola Resorts property in Breckenridge, Keystone, or Vail. The prize includes accommodations for up to 4 guests, subject to availability. Travel must be completed by May 1, 2025. Blackout dates and holiday restrictions apply. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for all expenses not explicitly included in the prize, such as transportation, meals, and incidentals.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 14, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email or phone and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Gondola Resorts to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Gondola Resorts is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any other errors that may occur. The company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Gondola Resorts. Personal information collected during the sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Gondola Resorts’ privacy policy, available at www.gondolaresorts.com. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
