2024 Self-Care in Healthcare Wrap-Up:

In our final reflection on the ACMS Self-Care in Healthcare 2024 initiative, we celebrate a major win for healthcare professionals: Pennsylvania’s updated impairment question on physician license applications. This change, driven by collective advocacy, reduces barriers to mental health care, supporting physicians in seeking help without fear of discrimination. As we move into 2025, ACMS remains committed to championing mental health and well-being for healthcare providers across the state.
