Dear Munford First UMC Friends,

What is the Church's responsibility to protect the most vulnerable? How are we called to protect and care for them? What do we do to protect children within our families?

Join us this week, in our Sanctuary at 9:30am as we gather for worship together as ONE Church family. Sunday School will gather at 10:30am.

Our scriptures for this week are from Micah 6: 6-8 and Mark 10: 2-16 you can read them here!



We hope you will join us and bring a friend to share with them all the great things happening at Munford FUMC. We will save a seat for you!

It is important that we continue to pray for one another, our leaders, our ministry partners, and our world during this time. Please remember to keep these individuals and their families in your prayers.

Congratulations to Nathan Fryar!

Recently a former member of our youth group, Nathan Fryar, was approved as a Certified Candidate for Ministry in the Arkansas Annual Conference. Becoming a certified candidate is the first step in the ordination process in the United Methodist Church. While a student at UCA, Nathan will continue to explore his call to ministry and consider what next steps that may take. Nathan is also an intern with the Wesley Foundation at UCA. You can write Nathan to celebrate him and his journey at 1903 College Avenue, Conway AR, 72034. This is something to be thankful for!

This news should also continue to remind us as a congregation to consider how we can encourage others to explore how God is calling them. Because God will call us at every stage of life to serve in every sort of way!

Do you enjoy singing with others? Are you looking for community? Methodists are a singing people! Whether you have a background in music or none at all, our choir is always welcome to new voices. Rehearsals are on Wednesday nights, where we prepare for the weeks ahead. If you are interested or have questions, please reach out to our Director of Music, Katherine Brewer!
