Exclusive Report: Day of the Dead

Exclusive Report: MoVal's Day of the Dead Was a Day to Remember

On Friday, November 1, hundreds of Moreno Valley residents gathered at the Conference and Recreation Center to celebrate the Day of the Dead, or Dia de Los Muertos, to honor the lives and celebrate the memories of loved ones we have lost.

The event featured great music from The Outlaw Mariachi, exciting ballet folklórico performances, great food, arts and crafts, a beer and michelada garden, and beautiful altars commemorating the lives of deceased loved ones.

Pet of the Week: Charlie

Our Pet of the Week is Charlie, a two-year-old, brown and white male Pit Bull mix.

Charlie is a playful young boy with an endearing overbite that will make you smile, especially when he perks his ears up and gives you that inquisitive look. It's a cute photo-op selfie just waiting to happen!

He knows a couple of fun little tricks already and seems eager to learn more to add to his repertoire.
