Summer School Begins Monday, June 3

Ray-Pec Summer School begins on Monday, June 3.

Parents of Summer School students can expect to receive an email message from the Summer School Principal with details about location, schedule, teacher name(s), and more. If you believe you signed up your child for Summer School and did not receive email communication by the end of Thursday, May 30, please contact summer.school@raypec.org. (Don't forget to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see a message in the email inbox.)

School bus routes are posted online. Transportation is provided for all students, as needed. For transportation questions, please contact First Student at 816-318-1900.

Note: If your student was on the waiting list, and was added within the past two days, transportation might not be scheduled for the first day. Transportation will be scheduled and provided as soon as possible.

Preparing for 2024-2025

Online registration for the 2024-2025 school year won't open until sometime in July, but there are a few things you can do to prepare for the next school year.

Obtain an activity physical for students who need them for athletics or activities. Physical Form More information can be found here.
Make sure immunizations are up to date. School requirements
Save a June or July utility bill for the residency verification process.

Summer Enrichment Camps

Ray-Pec offers several enrichment camps during July for students entering grades 3-8.

Camps are available from 8 to 11 a.m. and from noon to 3 p.m. The cost for a weeklong half-day camp is $150. Due to construction at the LEAD Center, the camps will take place at Stonegate Elementary School.
