At the Union County Foundation, our commitment to enhancing the quality of life in our community is unwavering. To better understand the needs and aspirations of Union County residents, we have partnered with Stratavize, a renowned consulting firm. Together, we have undertaken a comprehensive data collection initiative, gathering insights through surveys and community group discussions. This initiative is pivotal in shaping our future endeavors, ensuring that our actions are aligned with the community's needs and goals.

The insights we will share are not merely statistics or abstract concepts; they represent the voices and experiences of Union County residents. Your feedback and participation have been crucial in this process, and we are deeply grateful for your input. As we move forward, the Union County Foundation is dedicated to transforming these insights into tangible improvements. Week 5- Upstream Cont.

As you can read, we have several contributing barriers against a quality of place here in UC.

It's time to come together as a community! Stop working in silo's. Come to the town board and county meetings to better understand what is happening in your community!

Community Care-Head Start is the only day care facility in UC. While it is an option, it only offers services to poverty based households, with limited spots, and not year around.

Many families are struggling to find childcare options, forcing a parent to stay home, having family members watch their children, or families leaving all together to find adequate childcare and work.

We invite you to join us on this journey. Together, we can harness the power of data and community spirit to create a brighter future for all who call Union County home.
