Theater Parent Social - Tuesday, October 8th 7 PM - 520 Bar and Grill (10146 Main Street)
All parents of theater students, please join us for a parent social on Tuesday, October 8th at 7 PM at the 520 Bar and Grill where you can find out about all the theater events planned for this year, get to know other theater parents, and learn how you can support your student this school year. We look forward to seeing you there!
Fall Play Auditions This Week
Auditions for the fall plays, Dracula and Clue, will be held Tuesday, September 24th and Thursday, September 26th from 3:35 to 5:00 PM in the PAC. Auditions are open to all students, no preparation or prior experience is necessary. Audition sign ups are posted on the drama bulletin board in the music hallway. Cast lists will be posted Friday, September 27th and rehearsals start Monday, September 30th. What to know more about these fall shows? Read more below!
Dracula
Performance Dates: October 23 and 24
She is back! Countess Dracula and her entourage are in London to find her next husband and she has her sights set on the handsome Jonathan Harper. The only thing that stands between her and the conquest is Jonathan's lovely girlfriend Mimi, and that meddling Vampire slayer Dr, Van Helsing. Can Van Helsing stop her before she turns everyone into one of the living dead, or will she succeed in her quest of immortality! Come see the classic tale unfold on stage October 23rd and 24th. Countess Dracula is back!
Clue
Performance Dates: December 5, 6, and 7
Clue is a hilarious farce-meets-murder mystery. Based on the iconic 1985 Paramount movie which was inspired by the classic Hasbro board game. The story takes place at a remote mansion, where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party where murder and blackmail are on the menu. When their host turns up dead, they all become suspects! Led by Wadsworth – the butler, Miss Scarlet, Professor Plum, Mrs. White, Mr. Green, Mrs. Peacock and Colonel Mustard race to find the killer as the body count stacks up. Clue is the comedy whodunit that will leave both cult-fans and newcomers in stitches as they try to figure out…WHO did it, WHERE, and with WHAT!
