Organic Mushrooms are back from Mountain Mushrooms Reno!
This week will be a mix of Blue Oysters, Trumpets and/or Chestnuts, locally grown from Mountain Mushrooms (bags will contain 2 of these varieties).
General mushroom cooking instructions: Mushrooms should be cooked for about 15-20 minutes. Sautéing them is what we do most around here!
