Shooters...
This is the second pre-reg notice for our final multi-day shoot...pre-registration is open for the Old Zone One Championship. And we have final information about the All Star Shoot Off which will be held Saturday, September 14, at 2pm.
It is VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL.
ALL STAR SHOOT OFF - A CAN'T MISS EVENT!
At 2pm on Saturday, September 14, we will close down the sub-gauge course and host the 3rd Annual "New England All Star Shoot Off". This invitational event will feature ten of the top male shooters in New England and five of the top ladies in New England. They will go head-to-head for winner-take-all cash prizes. We will also be doing a Calcutta (auction) to let the spectators in on the fun with the chance to win cash by betting on the shooter(s) they think will take top honors. At the last two editions of the shoot off, the winning shooters (man & lady) and the winning spectator bidders all won over $1,000 each. You won't want to miss this exciting event! CHAMPIONSHIP EVENTS
Scarborough Fish & Game is proud to host the 2023 Old Zone One Sporting Clays Championships starting on Thursday, September 12 - Sunday, September 15. All events run Thursday - Sunday. This shoot will be European start for all events (woods course & sub gauge courses are both open 8am - 3pm all days) and you will register for the days you wish to shoot, similar to our recent events. You can shoot the events in any order you wish.
The 100 target events (on the woods course):
Prelim, Super Sporting, Fluff 100, and Old Zone One Championship
The 50 target events (on the sub gauge course):
12 gauge, 12 gauge fluff 50, super sporting 50,
20 gauge, 28 gauge, .410 bore, pump, and side x side

As you know, we are now putting all our shoots up on ScoreChaser.com. It is easy to create a free account. We strongly urge all our shooters to go out and create a FREE account and become familiar with the ScoreChaser.com website. If you are having trouble creating an account on ScoreChaser, please reach out to their technical support. Need help creating your ScoreChaser account, go to ScoreChaser’s Tutorial Video.
REGISTER
To register, please register on ScoreChaser.com. On ScoreChaser, if you have an NSCA number, please type it into the NSCA ID field (and press enter) when registering - it will automatically pull all your information from the NSCA database and load your class information. Please be sure to select the day you are shooting (once you click the event you are registering for, it gives you the Option of Thursday - Sunday) - this gives us a lunch count. If you use ScoreChaser to register for events outside of Maine, please use ScoreChaser to register for our events. All events are European start (no pre-squadding, you will squad yourself).
NOTE: Please allow 48 hours for a response to your email and PLEASE DO NOT send multiple emails
REGISTERING MULTIPLE SHOOTERS
We've had some questions about how to register multiple shooters on ScoreChaser. Go in and register yourself (if you have an NSCA number, be sure to put that in the proper field on the first page). When you get to the payment page (no payment is due until you get to the club to register in), at the bottom next to the "REGISTER" button, please click "+REGISTER ANOTHER SHOOTER". You will need to do that for each shooter you wish to register. Filling out the squadding information, does NOT register additional shooters in.
If you are registering someone after you have already sent in your registration, go back to the main page of our shoot. Below the green button "My Registration" on that main page, click "+REGISTER ANOTHER SHOOTER".
GOLF CARTS
We now have a limited number of golf carts available to rent each day of our shoots. To reserve a cart, please do so on ScoreChaser.com...open our shoot, click Amenities. If there is no cart showing as an option, it means they are sold out for that day.
LUNCH
Lunch will be available Friday - Sunday, 11am - 1pm.
AMMO
We have plenty of ammo for sale at all of our events.
PUBLIC RECREATIONAL SPORTING CLAYS OPEN
A reminder that Wednesday (10am - 3pm) sporting clays and Sunday (10am - 3pm) sporting clays are open. Public sporting clays will be CLOSED the Wednesday prior to the Old Zone One Championship so that we can finish setup.
