Worship Service: Fierce Loving in Fearsome Times
Rev. Joel Miller
Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 10:15am
I find myself constantly outraged by the divisiveness undermining our country. And then, not wanting to succumb to the calls for fear and hate, I find myself turning again and again to the wisdom of our spiritual ancestors. I am just coming to revere some of those ancestors and there are those ancestors who, even in their flaws, again inspire me to live in love.

We are so fortunate to have him join us with medical news of less toxic and highly effective methods and his experiences in this fast moving world of medicine.

Wow! What a team we had working on the Yard Sale! Thank you, thank you, thank you for being part of it. It made a huge difference that so many people (60+) stepped forward to help. We netted over $3,300, a new record.
The valiant crew who set up Thursday night also moved donations to shelves and tables. Their effort gave the Friday group a big head start on the task of arranging and pricing. We had just the right number of floaters and cashiers during the sale itself and then enough heroes to clean up and transport leftovers to Savers. A-m-a-z-i-n-g.
Kudos for making it happen, everyone! It was a privilege to work together.
