As we transition into fall and begin to plan for the coming year, it is important to reflect on all that Iroquois Valley has accomplished thus far. Our team recently finalized our 2023 Public Benefit Report and is excited to share it with you. We will build on the success described in the report in the months and years to come.

We hope you will join us in recognizing the accomplishments of our farmers, staff, and board, all made possible by the steadfast support of our investors. The report details our portfolio of farms, soil health, and conservation efforts. It features stories about our farmers, Julie Engel of The Pasturage in Michigan and Reginaldo and Amy Haslett-Marroquin of Salvatierra Farm in Minnesota. The report highlights the importance of our investor community and the governance provided by our board. Finally, we outline our values, principles, and goals for the year.

2023 marked the adoption of Iroquois Valley’s first strategic plan, charting our vision for an agricultural system transformed through land stewardship, rooted in organic farmland, for the health of people, communities, and our planet. It was a pivotal year for our company, laying the groundwork for prosperous times to come.

We invite you to join us in celebrating our hard work and impact achieved in 2023.

CONNECTING FARMERS, COMMUNITIES, AND INVESTORS SINCE 2007

As a corporate guideline, we do not look for specific farmland to purchase or finance. We develop relationships with farmers who want to grow their businesses. We move forward when we have a ready, willing, and able farmer.
