We need your help with Forecasting Absenteeism: We are requesting historical project data for the past 5-6 months or longer (ideally 2-3 years) to capture a range of project types and conditions. Data from multiple projects and multiple locations would add a lot of value to the project. Generally, the more data the better. Below is a list of minimum data requested. If you think there is more useful information that we should include, please feel free to share more. Data Specifications (CSV or Excel format): Timesheets, Daily Logs (if available), Overtime Records, Employee Demographics, Project-specific data, etc. Please email Amanda the data or reach out to her if you have any questions, amanda@electri.org

New Think Like A Leader interview available now: Mike Dumas of Crawford Electric knows that the company’s culture is key to the way its people interact and serve their customers. Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention

It is an unfortunate fact that construction has the highest rate of suicide of any industry in America. We lose about 53 out of every 100,000 members of our industry EVERY YEAR to suicide. We are four times the average of other industries. We have a crisis in construction and we need to do something about it. You can visit the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention website and learn more. We urge all to take the pledge to STAND UP for suicide prevention and address it as a health and safety priority.
