Dear Sophomore Students,
As we prepare for the start of the new year, we have some exciting news for you!
Camp Carl has graciously agreed to host FALLFEST on Tuesday, August 20. FALLFEST is a full day of fun and excitement and a great way for new and established classmates to start off the year together. There is NO COST to you for this event– it’s FREE!
In addition to all of the fun the camp provides, we want to give you the day to spend with your Housemates and earn points for the year. Our Senior Class will be there and they are excited to welcome you into your House groups this year. Your class will learn all about this year’s activities and even participate in the first competitions to earn points for the coveted Royal Cup. So, you do not want to miss this day!
Note: If you are in a fall sport or club, the schedule does have you back at CVCA before practices on Tuesday, August 20.

THE PARTICULARS
Our desire is that this retreat would be Christ-honoring and encouraging for all who participate. To ensure the safety and well-being of all involved, you should:
- Adhere to the standards set forth in the CVCA Student/Parent Handbook at all times.
- Dress appropriately for camp, with a focus on neatness, unity, and modesty.
- As guests of Camp Carl, display courteous and polite behavior at all times.
- Demonstrate respect for the property and staff of Camp Carl

Your parent will register you for the retreat and review the guidelines with you.
