Record Total Raised at Annual Charity Golf Classic

Community Living Essex County played host to the 32nd Annual Charity Golf Classic at Sutton Creek Golf Club in Essex on July 11th. A field of 116 golfers including representatives from municipalities across Essex County enjoyed a fun day of golf and raised a record total of $22,000 !

Thanks to the many area businesses and corporate sponsors for their generosity in supporting the event and to all the staff and volunteers who worked hard in achieving the record milestone. The funds raised from the tournament helped hire summer support workers and allow youth with intellectual disabilities to be involved in summer activities with their friends.

Make plans now to attend next year’s Annual Charity Golf Classic scheduled for Thursday, July 10th, 2025, at Sutton Creek Golf Club.
