Help Us Measure the Impact of Hurricane Helene

As Western NC recovers from Hurricane Helene's historic flooding, many folks will be seeking temporary housing across the state.

In the coming weeks and months, it will be important for us to activate the NC Natural Disaster question at intake. Please use NC Natural Disaster question at the bottom of your Intake/Project Start Assessment to identify people experiencing homelessness due to Hurricane Helene. Not only can we measure the impact, there may be state and federal resources to eligible clients. Help your CoC be able to identify and connect folks as quickly as possible!

Two of our Data Center staff have been impacted by Hurricane Helene (they're safe but without power). Thank you for your patience as our team recovers.

Hashed CSV Sage Submissions

HUD has expressed that they are receiving Sage submissions with Hashed CSV's attached. Users are reminded that Sage only accepts CAPER & APR reports. The Hashed CSV includes too much PII and uploading it to Sage is a privacy violation. Your report will not be accepted unless you are using a CAPER or APR!

To properly review the information provided by the Hashed CSV, upload the report into Eva.

View the Dashboard Report: Hashed HMIS CSV for further information on how to upload and review.

NHSDC Conference: Data Center Out of Office

The Data Center will be closed October 21 - 23rd for the NHSDC Conference.

During this conference, there will be limited time for the Data Center to respond to user questions. Responses to non-urgent messages will be delayed.
