Discover Haverford Joins DELCO GIVES

for Day of Giving

Discover Haverford (formerly HPED - Haverford Partnership for Economic Development) was founded in 2009 to address deterioration in our business districts and numerous storefront vacancies. Over the past 15 years, our work has contributed to revitalization and increased vitality in our business districts and public spaces, an improved quality of life for residents, and an increase in property values.

Donate today via check, Venmo or Paypal. All donations will go towards Delco Gives Day. Everyone who donates will be listed on our website and have the chance to win a $50 Keep It Local gift card. Click the link below to read more about our mission and the way we serve our community.

The Haverfood Festival unites the community with local cuisine, live music, and family entertainment!

The Haverfood Festival is a family friendly event to celebrate food and the beginning of summer and to serve as a fundraiser for the work of Discover Haverford!

Admission: $5 per person or $20 per household

Children 3 and under are free. Admission includes music, costumed characters, face painting & temporary tattoos, a photo booth and DJ; Velcro Axe Throwing, and 1 ball for the dunk tank. *This is a rain or shine event*

Safe Streets for All Program Sponsored by Haverford Township

The township is conducting a study to identify improvements to our streets and roads. As community members your input is crucial. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and share your thoughts. There is a scheduled final township meeting on May 7 from 7-8:30pm at the CREC.
