Dear Caedmon Community,
We are writing to update you on the search for a new Head of School for the 2025-2026 academic year.
After conducting conversations and administering a community survey, RG175 collected input from over 200 Caedmon community members. Your input and feedback enabled RG175 to create a position statement, or job description, to guide our recruitment process. The position statement captures the true spirit of the Caedmon community, identifies the challenges and opportunities the school faces, and outlines the key professional and personal qualities for Caedmon's next Head of School. We encourage you to read the document, which is now live on the Head of School Search page and linked below.
The outreach phase of our search will continue through our application deadline of June 3, 2024 In the second half of June, RG175 and the search committee will begin the work of combing through all of the applications received to select six to eight of the best candidates who we will interview as semi-finalists. We will keep you posted along the way, both via emails and updates to the web page.
