BHA Office Renovations
May 1 - May 9
~ Pardon our dust ~
We appreciate your patience!
BHA's offices will be undergoing some needed renovations including painting and new carpet installation from Wednesday, May 1, through Thursday, May 9. During this time, staff will be working either elsewhere on site or remotely. Depending on the location and timing of contractor work areas, staff may not have direct access to their phones; however, staff will continue to retrieve voicemails, so please leave a message. For a staff directory, call the main office number at 910-457-4676.
BHA encourages members to use staff email addresses to best assist you. To email BHA staff, visit the web page HERE.
Note that during these office renovations, only BHA's offices are anticipated to be affected. Meetings and events previously scheduled to be held in the Association Center (such as yoga, Pilates, meetings, etc.) will continue as scheduled. This includes the upcoming May 3rd ARC meeting for Section A, which will be held as scheduled in the Association Center.
BHA will update members as work progresses. We thank you for your patience!

"Let's Connect!"
Help BHA help you by ensuring we have your correct and complete contact information
~ A recent example highlighting why this is so important ~
Here is one example of why BHA needs your correct and complete contact information, including email address and phone number. Recently, a resident reported water coming from their neighbor’s home when no one was at the house. This kindly neighbor correctly notified the Public Safety Department. Public Safety personnel were dispatched to the house and unfortunately discovered that the home did not have a Knox Box, so they were unable to access the home to assess the situation. Public Safety personnel then contacted BHA to see if the property owner had a “Key Holding” agreement, which was not the case. Fortunately, BHA had the correct email address and phone number for the property owners and was able to reach them. In this instance, the water leakage was due to a faulty hot water heater, and the situation has been resolved.

What about privacy?
