Weekend Wrap-Up

Thank you to everyone who attended the Garden Fair & Plant Sale this past weekend! We greatly appreciate everyone who came out to support FONA, local vendors, and the National Arboretum.

The Garden Fair is our largest seasonal festival of the year and is a major fundraiser for FONA. Proceeds from this event allow FONA to support and advocate for the National Arboretum, provide youth and adult programs, and build partnerships within the community. Thank you for supporting FONA and being a part of our community.

Please fill out our event survey if you attended the Garden Fair & Plant Sale. We want to continue to improve this event and appreciate all the feedback you can provide.

We also want to thank all of the incredible volunteers who made the Garden Fair possible. Many of these volunteers have spent months preparing for this event. The Garden Fair would not be possible without their dedication and hard work. Thank you, volunteers!

Max Fedeli is the Agriculture Science and Research Technician who manages the Azalea Collections. We sat down with Max last year to learn what it takes to care for the collection and shine a light on his work and career.
